Nafula Njeri Mwesigwa
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices
- 🇹🇿 Mwanza, Mwanza, Tanzania
- The Mwanza Works
- 1983 to 2011
- English, Swahili
I'm a welding specialist. If you live around Mwanza, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Nafula
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Nafula: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
