Oğuz Erdem Kurt
Auto repair for 40 years in Kadıköy
- 🇹🇷 Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Since 1986
- English, French
I've worked in auto repair since 1986. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,000 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Oğuz: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
