Nyambura Rose Massawe
Retired social studies teacher from Mombasa Primary School

For nine years I was the social studies teacher at Mombasa Primary School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

If you were in my Grade 6 class, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.

What gifts mean to Nyambura: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
