Novi Ika Mahendra
Software mentor, Semarang
- 🇮🇩 Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia
- Semarang Learning Hub
- Since 1980
- English, Indonesian
For 46 years I've mentored people in software and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Novi
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Novi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
