I've coached cross country at Maple Ridge Athletic Club since 2005. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Thank you for stopping by.

What gifts mean to Novelette: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
