Noriko Kana Ono

Helping people break into leadership

  • 🇯🇵 Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Japan
  • Since 1987
  • Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,090 people through Kitakyushu Mentoring Circle. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
