For 45 years I've run the gymnastics program at Los Angeles Boxing Gym in Los Angeles. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Nora
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
