Nomsa Moodley

Tailoring, done properly

  • 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
  • Old Summit Workshop
  • 2004 to 2015
  • English
My trade is tailoring. I opened my own shop in 2004 in Johannesburg and I'm still there most mornings. Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.

More about Nomsa

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

Crafts and trades

What gifts mean to Nomsa: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
