Helping people break into teaching
- 🇧🇩 Narayanganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Summit Community Trust
- Since 2008
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 580 people through Summit Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
