For 28 years I ran the boxing program at Orchid Youth Club in Brisbane. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
More about Nolan
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Nolan: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
