Nisha Walia
Mentor in nursing and small business
- 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Atlas Community Trust
- 1981 to 2003
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 730 people through Atlas Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Nisha: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
