Nipa Sharmila Bhuiyan

Helping people break into nursing

  • 🇧🇩 Comilla, Chattogram, Bangladesh
  • Lakeview Youth Network
  • Since 2004
  • English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 750 people through Lakeview Youth Network. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
