Nilmini Nilmini Fernando
Mentor in teaching and entrepreneurship
- 🇱🇰 Jaffna, Northern, Sri Lanka
- Jaffna Mentoring Circle
- Since 1979
- English, Sinhala
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,160 people through Jaffna Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
