Nicolás D. Quintero
Thatching for 38 years in San Jose
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- Since 1988
- English
I've worked in thatching since 1988. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,480 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 17 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Nicolás: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
