I coached softball at Alcalá de Henares Riverside Athletic Club from 2015 to 2023. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
