Helping people break into careers
- 🇻🇳 Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam
- Brookfield Foundation
- 2017 to 2025
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Brookfield Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Như
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Như: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
