Helping people break into farming
- 🇻🇳 Hồ Chí Minh City, Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,450 people through Cedar Grove Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ngọc: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
