Ngân Hoa Phan
Public speaking mentor, Nha Trang
- 🇻🇳 Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam
- Good Shepherd Mentoring Circle
- 1992 to 2020
- English, Vietnamese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 870 people through Good Shepherd Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Ngân
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
