Nenita N. Soriano
38 years teaching English literature in Makati
- 🇵🇭 Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Since 2009
- English, Filipino
I teach English literature at Lincoln Academy in Makati since 2009. Most days I teach Grade 11, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Nenita
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Nenita: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me English literature in 2015 at Lincoln Academy. I still remember the time the class pet escaped!
