I coached rowing at Entebbe Athletic Club from 1999 to 2018. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
