I coached athletics at Mount Pleasant Athletic Club from 1990 to 2009. Most of my players were between 10 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answered every email, even at midnight.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
What gifts mean to Nathan: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
