I coached badminton at Grenoble Baobab Athletic Club from 1987 to 2006. Most of my players were between 8 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Nathan
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
