Natália Lorena Albuquerque
Helping people break into small business
- 🇧🇷 Vitória da Conquista, Bahia, Brazil
- Riverside Mentoring Circle
- Since 1978
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,690 people through Riverside Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Natália
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
