For 16 years I ran the cycling program at Sakai Boxing Gym in Sakai. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
