Namukasa Caroline Mbwambo

Teacher at Bamboo High School, loves art

  • 🇺🇬 Entebbe, Central Region, Uganda
  • Bamboo High School
  • Since 1980
  • English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 46 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Over the years I've had 1,840 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Namukasa

If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the rainy sports day.

What gifts mean to Namukasa: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

I failed art twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you! Greetings from Springfield.

You taught me art in 1993 at Bamboo High School. I still remember the surprise birthday cake.
