I've worked in baking from 1986 to 2010. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,300 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
