Nadeesha Madhavi Gamage
Oil painting and glass art artist
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Bamboo Art Collective
- Since 1986
- English, Sinhala
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes glass art. My first show was in 1986 at Bamboo Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
