I taught geography at Mount Pleasant Middle School in Nairobi from 2014 to 2022. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Muthoni
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
