I've coached athletics at Highland Athletic Club since 1981. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

What gifts mean to Mulugeta: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
