I coached softball at Peshawar Meadowbank Boxing Gym from 1996 to 2007. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
What gifts mean to Muhammad: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
