Ms. Yavuz
Agriculture and music teacher, Istanbul
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Grammar School
- 2006 to 2018
- English, Turkish
I taught agriculture at Istanbul Grammar School in Istanbul from 2006 to 2018. Most days I taught Year 9, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 310 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Ms. Yavuz: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
