For 27 years I have been the accounting teacher at Pioneer Secondary School. I teach Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Ms. Velasco: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
