Ms. Türk
22 years teaching home economics in Üsküdar
- 🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Gateway High School
- Since 1980
- English, Turkish
For 46 years I have been the home economics teacher at Gateway High School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,890 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

You taught me home economics in 2013 at Gateway High School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Thank you again.
