I taught English literature at Bacolod Grammar School in Bacolod from 1983 to 2011. Most days I taught teenagers, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I had 1,060 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Ms. Marquez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me English literature in 2005 at Bacolod Grammar School. I still remember the surprise birthday cake.
