Ms. Kiptoo
32 years teaching social studies in Mukono
- 🇺🇬 Mukono, Central Region, Uganda
- Mukono Boys' School
- Since 1999
- English, Swahili
For 27 years I have been the social studies teacher at Mukono Boys' School. I teach Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,380 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Kiptoo
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Kiptoo: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
