Ms. Karunaratne
18 years teaching history in Colombo
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Middle School
- Since 1984
- English, Sinhala
I teach history at Colombo Middle School in Colombo since 1984. Most days I teach teenagers, and my door is open at lunch.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, my door is open at lunch.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Ms. Karunaratne: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
