For 23 years I have been the statistics teacher at Colombo Middle School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Fernando
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Fernando: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
