Ms. Ekanayake
Teacher at Sakura Academy, loves home economics
- 🇱🇰 Jaffna, Northern, Sri Lanka

For 27 years I have been the home economics teacher at Sakura Academy. I teach Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Ms. Ekanayake
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Ekanayake: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
