I taught economics at Buenos Aires Primary School in Buenos Aires from 2016 to 2025. Most days I taught first-year students, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Carrillo
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
