Ms. Aktaş
21 years teaching history in Ankara
- 🇹🇷 Ankara, Ankara, Türkiye
- Cedar Grove Technical College
- 1978 to 2004
- English
For 26 years I was the history teacher at Cedar Grove Technical College. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Ms. Aktaş
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Ms. Aktaş: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

you taught me history in 2025 at Cedar Grove Technical College. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.
