Mrs. Wanigasekara
Music and statistics teacher, Negombo
- 🇱🇰 Negombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Negombo Girls' School
- Since 2012
- English, Sinhala
I teach music at Negombo Girls' School in Negombo since 2012. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I learn every name in the first week.
Over the years I've had 530 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Wanigasekara
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

I was in your mixed-ability classes class in 2019. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Mandaue.
