I taught social studies and religious studies at Angeles Middle School, Angeles. I played music while people worked.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mrs. Torres
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
