Retired home economics teacher from Kandy Primary School
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
- Kandy Primary School
- 1984 to 2012
- English, Sinhala, French
For 28 years I was the home economics teacher at Kandy Primary School. I taught the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
More about Mrs. Senanayake
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
