Mrs. De Silva
History teacher at Meadowbank High School, 1988 to 2020
- 🇱🇰 Dehiwala, Western, Sri Lanka
- 1988 to 2020
- English
I taught history and Spanish at Meadowbank High School, Dehiwala. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mrs. De Silva
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
