I taught accounting at İzmir Technical College in İzmir from 1978 to 2004. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Aksoy: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
