Mr. Pathirana
Geography and accounting teacher, Jaffna
- 🇱🇰 Jaffna, Northern, Sri Lanka
- Jaffna High School
- Since 1985
- English
For 41 years I have been the geography teacher at Jaffna High School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I never turn anyone away.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Pathirana
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
