Mr. Nelson
Retired agriculture teacher from Beacon Academy
- 🇳🇿 Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand
- Beacon Academy
- 1985 to 2012
- English, Spanish
For 27 years I was the agriculture teacher at Beacon Academy. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Nelson
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Nelson: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
