Mr. Ibarra
33 years teaching home economics in La Plata
- 🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Willow Creek Secondary School
- Since 1983
- Spanish, French
Willow Creek Secondary School is my second home. I teach home economics there since 1983, mostly teenagers.
Over the years I've had 1,380 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Ibarra
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Ibarra: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me home economics in 2000 at Willow Creek Secondary School. I still remember that terrible school play. Truly.
