Mr. Ekanayake
38 years teaching agriculture in Galle
- 🇱🇰 Galle, Southern, Sri Lanka
- Galle Middle School
- Since 1995
- English, Sinhala, French
I teach agriculture at Galle Middle School in Galle since 1995. Most days I teach primary school children, and my door is open at lunch.
I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

You taught me agriculture in 2004 at Galle Middle School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

You taught me agriculture in 2001 at Galle Middle School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
