Mr. Dissanayake
23 years teaching music in Dehiwala
- 🇱🇰 Dehiwala, Western, Sri Lanka
- Dehiwala Secondary School
- Since 2014
- English, Sinhala
I teach music at Dehiwala Secondary School in Dehiwala since 2014. Most days I teach Grade 11, and I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Dissanayake
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
